A TWILL ENSEMBLE.

Every ensemble has its own mix of characters, each bringing something different to the arrangement. But however varied the parts, they are united by the key they play in. Ours is Twill. A constant since the beginning, it is a fabric that has found its way into all sorts of wardrobes over the years, and onto every character in our latest film. A midweight cotton fabric with a distinctive diagonal weave, originally favoured for workwear thanks to its strength and versatility. Hard-wearing, easy to wear, and something we have returned to season after season.

Our exclusive cotton twill is woven using a traditional 3/1 construction, creating the distinctive diagonal pattern that defines the fabric. Midweight, durable and easy to wear, it has long been a staple of workwear and utility clothing thanks to its strength and versatility.

MANOR JACKET.

The Manor jacket started with a double-breasted jacket, the sort of thing "posh" blokes wore in the city. The aim was to pull that classic shape out of smart territory and push it closer to blue?collar workwear. What makes it work is the mix of the two, helped along by the fabrics we use and formal enough to nod to its origins, relaxed enough to wear every day.

BAKERS JACKET.

The Bakers Jacket is our take on a classic chore jacket. With a design that dates back to the earliest days of Universal Works, it has become one of our signature styles. The name “Bakers” was adopted from our founder and designers' father who wore a simple coverall as a baker. Whilst conforming to the key principles of a chore jacket (a simple utility garment, often worn as a protecting layer), our Bakers Jacket has a number of distinctive features; from seams to create the shape, layered pockets and our signature diagonal buttonhole on the button stand. This jacket is a great everyday staple designed to be worn wherever and however you like.

LONDON JACKET.

The London jacket is one of our bestselling 'smarter' styles. It features a three-button front, twin rear vents and three front pockets, and has a slightly slimmer fit.

THRE BUTTON JACKET.

The Three Button jacket is a loose-fitting, unstructured jacket with three buttons and three patch pockets. It has a 'dress up, dress down' sport coat feel, a relaxed take on formal.
